Inventory Management:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and implement measures to minimize discrepancies.

 

Project Management:

• Lead Design Change Management and New Project Management activities to guarantee the timely delivery of materials and maintain line balance.

• Implement SOP (Start of Production) and EOP (End of Production) Management processes to meet production schedules.

 

Demand Planning:

• Oversee overall demand/supply planning for main components, establishing planning and reporting processes based on detailed analysis and simulations.

• Drive initiatives to identify and address bottlenecks, re-schedule in/out, outsource, and allocate additional resources as needed.

Technology Proficiency:

• Utilize expertise in SAP MM - Materials Management, implementing Batch Management to optimize costs and inventory levels.

 

Warehouse and Logistics Management:

• Effectively manage 3PL & Warehouse for material movement, ensuring FIFO and LIFO Management.

• Implement Continuous Process Improvement strategies in Transportation, Materials Handling & Cost Optimization, Workflow Management, Reverse Logistics, Order Picking, Inventory Management, and Cycle counting.

 

Surplus and Obsolete Inventory Management:

• Successfully manage surplus and obsolete inventories to reduce holding costs and scrap costs.

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedules.

 

Customer Focus:

• Dedicate efforts to meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations throughout the supply chain process.

• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries and product lead time reduction initiatives.
